In recent years, the overall technical level of precision stamping dies has improved rapidly, and the performance indicators of die technology, manufacturing accuracy, service life and manufacturing cycle have made great progress. At present, some domestic manufacturers have more and more requirements for the processing of metal stamping parts factories. More and more, the demand for processing precision of hardware products is also getting higher and higher. However, there are also undesirable causes that cannot be avoided.   1. Mold assembly error. If the punch is not perpendicular to the fixed plate or is loose due to wear, or the positioning pin is loose, the correct fixed position of the male and female molds cannot be guaranteed.

  2. The guiding accuracy is poor. Excessive fit of the die guides causes the center lines of the upper and lower dies to not overlap, which affects the uniformity of the stamping gap.

  Three, installation error. When the non-guided mold is installed, the position of the upper and lower molds is not accurate, resulting in uneven clearance. The surface of the template or bottom plate of the mold is not clean, or the upper mold screw is improperly tightened, which will cause the working part to tilt.

  Fourth, the mold is deformed when it is working. For example, the leakage hole of the punching mattress board is too large, the template under the mold is too thin, and the rigidity of the die is not enough. The gap is affected by the deformation of the mold during the stamping.
