Features: Suitable for products with larger compression strokes.
There are currently two angles for the reverse drill in the factory: the first is 120°, which is convenient for drilling. The second type is 160°, which is difficult to drill, but can increase the space for spring placement.
The processing procedures of the above three spring thimble needle shafts are: first turning processing, shadow vibration grinding processing, and finally electroplating. The purpose of the vibration grinding process is to remove the burrs and sharp angles generated during the processing, and to prevent paper jams during the shrinking process.
